Robert Sweeney is the owner and founder of RPS Renovations LLC, bringing decades of experience, leadership and craftsmanship to every project. With a strong background in new home building, design, residential renovation, and construction management, Robert has built his business on a foundation of integrity, quality workmanship, and long-term client relationships and referrals.

Based originally in New Hampshire, Robert established RPS Renovations as a trusted name in the industry through consistent results and a commitment to his craft. His ability to oversee complex renovation projects, manage skilled crews, and maintain clear communication with clients has been the key to the company’s success and growth.

Today, RPS Renovations is expanding its reach from New Hampshire to Texas, bringing those same values to a growing market while remaining firmly rooted in the same principles. In New Hampshire, RPS Renovations is supported by a dedicated and skilled crew led by Project Manager Larry. His leadership, consistency, and deep understanding of renovation projects ensure that every job is managed efficiently and completed to the highest standards. The expansion into Texas is led by Bob’s son, Todd, who heads up the Texarkana area. This move represents both growth and legacy, combining decades of construction experience with local insight and a new generation of leadership. As RPS Renovations expands into Texas, Robert continues to play an active role in daily operations, development, and project oversight.

Pam, Bob’s wife, plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations. With a strong background in design, she assists with marketing as well as the design/build process and finish selections. As a certified Home Stager with over 20 years of experience, Pam brings a unique eye for detail, functionality, and visual appeal, assisting clients in the process. Together, the RPS Renovation team blends construction expertise, project management, the latest technology, and design insight to every project.

When Bob is not on a job site or working with clients, you will find him spending time with his family. Dad to five great grown kids, three daughter-in-laws, and five grands-Logan, Addie, Wyatt, Pippa, and Graham-who are the joy of his life. His two boxers, Sally and Lucy keep him on watch with their antics! Bob enjoys traveling, playing drums, and perfecting his skills as BBQ extraordinaire. His family is his greatest treasure.

Bob’s wife Pam, a Realtor and Stager/Designer of RPS Redesigns, works alongside of Bob on projects by assisting with design, color, finishes and décor.
